Identifying the Candidates & Insurance Policy Types

Generally policyholder candidates for Life Settlement offers from Abacus Settlements, LLC fit the following profile:

• Insured individual, 65 years and older
• Minimum policy face amount: $100,000
• Maximum policy face amount: $50 million
• Life expectancy: 15 years or less, which is determined according to age, health or a combination of the two
• Low cash surrender value: Below 30%
• Premiums: Less than 8% per annum

• Universal Life
• Adjustable Life
• Whole Life
• Joint First to Die
• Term (if convertible)
• Survivorship (any type)
