Richard Ouaknine

Richard Ouaknine comes to Abacus Settlements, LLC after 5 years of business development activity in the biometric security industry. Most recently, Richard was Vice President of Business Development for Digital Defense Group, a biometric technology start up developing the end user and channel security markets. Previously, he was a senior member of International Biometric Group (IBG) - a world-renowned independent, third-party consulting firm specializing in biometric technologies where Richard initiated and managed major biometric consulting relationships with Fortune 1000 clients, Global System Integrators, technology vendors and various government agencies from around the world. Prior to his role with IBG, he worked with several Wall Street firms, including Lehman Brothers, as well as Sands Brothers & Co., a NYSE member firm, where he spent 10 years as a senior vice president managing assets for high net worth individuals, executing equity transactions for institutional clients and participating in both private and public investment banking transactions.
